Four star price, one star service. Relentless mech...

Four star price, one star service. Relentless mechanical noise from under our room all night...and the staff could hardly care less. The manager on duty won t return phone calls, hiding in the front office instead of communicating with guests. Front desk employees shrug and say step aside so I can help the next guest. Disney s already costly theme parks are even less enjoyable after a long, exhausting night of sawing, drilling, scraping and rooting so loud the hotel room floor shakes and the beds vibrate. Don t waste your valuable time and money at the Yacht Club, folks. Seems we re all just forgettable numbers to them, even my exhausted, sleepless kids.
