I recently used the services of a digital solutions company in NY. While the company's website was impressive and easy to navigate, I was disappointed with the customer service. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. In terms of the overall experience, it was below average. The company needs to work on improving their customer support.
