3 months ago I bought a pair of Converse that I needed to change. A month later they came to get the exchange shoes, they told me that once they had been checked in deposit they would send me the ones I asked for. They never sent them. Every time I called they had no answer to give me or they cut me off the phone. Emails do not answer me. Another month passed, I called asking for the return of La Plata, I have been waiting for the refund for 15 days, obviously I sent an email again in search of something new AND NOTHING. It is a shame how they are handled, there is no other than having to communicate with consumer defense. They suck as a company.
