Dingy environment, unkind service and very poor quality food. Appetizer of mixed fish (inedible) and various appetizers (only decent thing is artichokes and prosciutto). First ones not tasted, second courses served on a trolley all cold and really bad quality meat. The desserts look absolutely not inviting, I would say unapproachable ... Value for money rather disappointing, against really salty for what and what we ate.
A short distance from the restaurant (to call it a trattoria is an offense because on average it is 100 times better to eat in a trattoria), there is a Mc Donald's, here I would say that it is a very valid alternative to the Black Owl,
