I recently used the services of a security company for my home, and while they did a decent job overall, there were a few issues that I faced. The technicians were friendly and professional, but the customer support was not up to the mark. Also, the website lacked some important information that would have been helpful to have. However, I must say that the overall experience was satisfactory.
