I just came back from Barcelona , where I rent an apartment near to Sagrada familia for 4 days. I'll never rent another apartment from this website : the place was good until we discovered there were mice in it. We spent an entire night trying to catch one of them, we didn't sleep because of that and the manager of the apartment refused to refund me. I am so disappointed , I paid around 400 euros for a place with mice.
