I have been a resident at an Upper State Apartment for several years now, and I can confidently say that it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and professional, and the maintenance team is always prompt in addressing any issues. The apartments are spacious and well-kept. I would highly recommend Upper State Apartment Association.
