I have been a customer of Patel group of institutions for many years and I must say that their services are average. While I appreciate their efforts to provide quality education, there are some areas where they could improve. The faculty could be more knowledgeable and engaging, and the infrastructure could be upgraded. Overall, it's a decent institution to pursue higher education.
