I have been using Sumicien for a while now and I must say, they are an average company. Their customer service is decent, but sometimes they take a bit longer to reply to my inquiries. The quality of their products is satisfactory, nothing outstanding. Overall, I would rate Sumicien as an average company, not great but not terrible either.
