As a long-time customer of an asset management company, I expected a great level of service from Soochow. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Although they offer a diverse range of investment options, the customer support leaves something to be desired. The lack of responsiveness and the challenges in getting my questions answered has been frustrating. It would be great if they could address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.
