I had the pleasure of dining at Phoenicia Delicatessen last night and I must say, it was a truly average experience. The food was decent, nothing to write home about, but not terrible either. The service was also just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, I would give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. It's a decent option if you're in the area and craving some deli food, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
