This place is the worst. My wife went there for help. Me and her sat there for 3 hours just for intake. They set her an appointment for later that day. The psychiatrist was late to her appointment and within 15 minutes was informed that they were forcibly admitting her to the hospital. My wife found out from one of the staff that the doctor had filled it a 10-13 on her before they had even entered the room.

Me being my wife's emergency contact never recieved any kind of contact from Highland Rivers about any of this luckily my wife was able to get a single text out informing a friend before the police arrived to escort her to the hospital.

Oddly enough all of the doctors at the hospital were clueless on why they sent my wife to them.

My opinion is that you should never bring anyone to this facility and that they should be investigated for improper treatment of patients
