I had a pretty average experience with Mosaic. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, the customer service was mediocre at best. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking with a representative, and they weren't very helpful or friendly. Overall, I would say my experience with Mosaic was just okay.
