As a CUSTOMER, I had mixed feelings about The Rattlesnake. The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive. It was a disappointment, considering the reputation of this place. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
