I can't get my unemployment because Austin Tri-Hawk won't report to workforce development that I quit due to an injury I sustained working there. Austin Tri-Hawk says "I didn't quit due to an injury and as far as they know I was performing my work duties just fine". Even tho they sent me to physical therapy, I obtained a lawyer, and received a check from workers compensation for $8,000 I didn't get hurt at Austin Tri-Hawk!??
