I have been working with Binarywave for over a year and I must say that my experience has been average. The company provides good opportunities for growth and development, but there are some areas where improvement is needed. The management can be a bit disorganized at times and communication between departments is not always efficient. However, the company values work-life balance and offers competitive compensation. Overall, I would rate Binarywave as an average company to work for.
