I recently had the opportunity to try some amazing poffertjes without even knowing they were from Poffertjes on tour. These mini pancakes were unlike anything I've ever had before. Light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The batter had a nice balance of sweetness, and they were served warm with a dusting of powdered sugar. The poffertjes were so addictive that I couldn't resist ordering seconds. I highly recommend trying them!
