I had an average experience at Rio tomatlan. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was okay, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The menu had some interesting options, but the flavors were lacking. The atmosphere was nice, but it was quite noisy. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it definitely didn't exceed my expectations.
