Awful company that makes a ton of mistakes. My children's elementary school use them for a recent survey, and they got all of the emails wrong. My wife and I received four emails, and none were addressed to the correct user. And, it was supposed to only be one response per family, but they never said that. Because of their ineptitude, we missed the window to complete the survey.

To every school out there: please do not use this company. It's a disaster for your parents.
