I had a mixed experience with Tricky Travellers. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I had questions about my booking. However, the overall trip went smoothly, and I enjoyed the destinations and activities they had planned. I would rate my experience as average.
