The tools I purchased from Tools Plus Industries have greatly improved my woodworking projects. The products are reliable and perform exceptionally well. However, their customer service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry. Despite that, I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from them again.
