I work with a client that needs assistance regarding a state unemployment insurance ID. I have been hung up on by multiple different employees over at the CT Department of Labor. I usually never post google reviews, but since this client is about to receive a fine from the government due to the governments inability to talk on the phone, i feel that i need to leave a review on my experience. I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism from a government agency in my entire career. Do actual humans work her or is it all computer automated?
