We loved the place other than the staff. They did not do a good job of explaining the 20.00 pass. What they said did not match what I thought. I asked the price of certain things like the laser tag and was under the impression that it used funds on my card. Nobody bothered to mention that when you pay the 20.00 pass, those are included. So I ended up putting more money on our cards for the arcade games and wasn't told until it was time to leave that we could have the done the Valo jump and laser tag multiple times. We did not even got to the bumper cars because I was given a price. I spent 20.00 MORE than planned. Most employees did not seem happy to be there. Not rude. Just didn't care.
It was however very clean and we enjoyed it for the most part. We will be back now that I know what I am paying for.
