I had a pretty average experience with Setep srl. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, I felt like they weren't very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say it was just an average experience.
