Ron was the gentleman (which I say VERY loosely) that answered the phone. He was extremely dismissive and did absolutely nothing to try and help me get notice of my package, or who to talk with in the morning. One of the rudest persons I have actually ever came across - he actually hung up on me. To be working in such a high volume service I expect way more. Extremely upset, and disappointed.
