I am a customer of Northern Rio Arriba Electric Cooperative INC for several years now, and I have to say that their service has been average at best. While they do a decent job in terms of delivering electricity, there have been times when there were power outages without any prior notice. This can be quite frustrating, especially during important events or when you're in the middle of work. I hope they can improve their communication and reliability in the future.
