I have been working at Valley Park School District for several years and I have had a average experience overall. The district has some good policies in place but there is room for improvement. Communication between staff and administration could be better, and there are some outdated practices that need to be modernized. However, the students are generally well-behaved and eager to learn, which makes the job rewarding.
