Tallgrass Brewing Company deserves all the praise it gets. Their beers are consistently delicious and well-crafted. The taproom is a cozy spot to hang out and enjoy their offerings. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations. I'm a big fan of their IPA, but they have a great selection for all beer lovers. Check them out!
