I recently used a self-storage facility in Limerick, and overall, I had an average experience. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services. Booking a unit was a fairly straightforward process through the website. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind about the safety of my belongings. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The staff members were polite but lacked a personal touch. It would have been nice to receive more assistance or guidance during my visit.
