So this review may be a little long, but it requires a little back story.
I am originally from WV. My wife and I were in the area looking a gliders. We were on our way home when we turned onto Evergreen Mill Road. Once I turned onto Evergreen Mill Road lost my power steering and the battery light came one. Luckily I was only going about 20 mph and was able to muscle my F250 to a side street. I knew what was wrong. My tension pulley went and the serpentine belt flew off. As I was on the side of the road trying to call a tow, out of nowhere a gentleman pulls up to ask if everything was okay. The man that pulled up was Brad the owner of B&C Diesel. I explained that threw my serpentine belt. He then told me that he owned a shop and could fix that day (mind you it was 3p and they close at 5p) and get back on the road.
After waiting for about an hour for the tow truck we got my truck to his shop. He ordered the parts they needed right away. We had to spend a couple hours in the shop but I did not mind. It was partly my fault for not fixing the tension pulley when it started squeaking. While we were waiting Brad told me that rear brakes needed to be replaced there was no pressure from him to getting them done right then and there. He did actually what he said he would do (they even stayed late to get me back on the road).
If it was not for Brad stopping to see if everything was okay I would have not known where to take my truck and possibly could have taken to another garage. Where I probably would have got hosed on the price. I know most will think Brad stopping was only to get my business. Which may be true, but my pregnant wife and I sat on the side of the road for an hour waiting for tow and no one stopped to ask if we were okay after Brad stopped. The fact that Brad was nice enough to stop and ask if I was okay show what a caring person he is.
I am satisfied with work that was done on my truck. I plan on bringing my truck to them in the future when any work needs to be done on it that I cannot do myself.
