Went in there to get a ignition coil for VW , rang up four times to make sure they have the right part and assured it would be. Got there and it was for the 4 cylinder model not for my 6cylinder. Drove an hour to get there. I gave them my VIN number so I have no idea how they screwed up so badly. Then was told I would only be able to get it through genuine parts , which was another lie. Not very knowledgeable , and they pride themselves on VW parts too. No apologies or anything and the refund takes 3 days as well.
