Fraenkische cz s.r.o. is an average company, in my opinion. Their website is decent, although it could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. The customer service I received was satisfactory, with prompt responses but not very detailed answers. The products I ordered were of average quality, nothing exceptional. Overall, an okay experience, but not exceptional.
