The company website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. It was a bit disappointing though that there was no live chat or customer support option available on the website for immediate assistance. Additionally, the company's services were average at best. The delivery of my order was delayed, and the packaging could have been better as some of the products arrived slightly damaged. The prices were reasonable but not exceptional. The staff was polite and tried their best to resolve my concerns, but the overall experience was just average. I expected more from a company claiming to be a leader in the industry. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this company over others.
