As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Navajo engineering & construction authority has provided me with an average experience. Their website navajo.net is easy to navigate and find the information I need. However, there were times when their customer service was slow in responding to my inquiries. Overall, they provide decent service but there is still room for improvement.
