I recently had an experience with a music-based organization that streams live concerts to hospitalized children. While the concept seemed promising, the execution was average. The website was somewhat disorganized and made it difficult to navigate and find information. Additionally, the video quality of the live concerts was not consistent, which detracted from the experience. The customer support was also lacking, as I encountered delays in receiving responses to my inquiries. On the positive side, the variety of artists featured was commendable, and the intention behind the organization's mission is truly admirable. However, overall, I would have expected a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
