I felt that the gentleman that answered the phone ...
I felt that the gentleman that answered the phone was not very friendly. I felt rushed when asking questions as if I was wasting his time on the phone.....maybe it was a rough day or I read into his tone of voice incorrectly. However, they reached out after posting my initial low rating and seemed genuinely concerned that my experience was not the greatest. This, in my opinion, shows wonderful customer service and is proof they value their customers/ potential customers. Everyone deserves a second chance!! ;)
