I recently engaged with a company to assist with a project, and my experience was quite average. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking, as it took a while to get a response to my initial inquiry. Additionally, I wish there had been more transparency about the costs involved in their services. On the positive side, the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and the quality of the work was satisfactory.
