Although the Festool devices are very good, this review is specifically about my contact with Festool Belgium. I have contacted 2 times with questions about a festool product and 2 times the person on the other side of the line did not know the products well and could therefore not adequately answer the question. With a premium brand, you expect to get a person on the phone who knows the products and can explain their options so that you as a customer can make an informed purchase choice. Disappointing!
