I have been a customer of MetroCast Cablevision/Harron Communications for several years, and I must say that their service has been average. The internet connection is reliable most of the time, but there are occasional disruptions. The customer service can be a bit slow in resolving issues, but overall it gets the job done. I would rate them as an average service provider.
