👩‍💼 The Chapter's website is comprehensive and easy to navigate, providing information on upcoming events, membership benefits, and resources for professional women. The virtual networking opportunities during the pandemic were helpful in staying connected. 💻 However, the lack of diversity in member industries was disappointing, as there seemed to be a heavy focus on certain fields. The events hosted were mostly informative, but I wished for more interactive sessions to truly engage with other members. The executive panel discussions were insightful, but I felt there could be more emphasis on personal development and skill-building workshops. Overall, the organization served its purpose as a networking platform, and I did have the chance to meet inspiring women in my field. It's worth joining if you're looking to expand your professional network, but don't expect groundbreaking experiences. 🤝💼
