I run a Shopify online store and recently attended an Email Marketing 101 Workshop with Claire from Deane & Co. I walked away with some very clear actionable steps/tips to building community and having meaningful communicating with our customer base. We've since launched our first newsletter and had direct customer engagement that has lead to more influencers reaching out to showcase our products and some active collaborations with the businesses our customers run. The workshop insights made a genuine impact in the marketing life of our business!
