I have been a customer of Beaconwatcher for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer support could be improved. It takes them quite some time to respond to queries and sometimes their answers are not very helpful. Overall, Beaconwatcher is an okay company to do business with.
