I had an overall average experience with Reiter Sydney Msw Acsw. The therapists were professional and knowledgeable. However, I felt that they lacked personal warmth and empathy. The sessions were helpful in addressing my trauma, but I didn't feel fully understood or supported throughout the process. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
