I recently visited a veterinary hospital in the Michigan Avenue area. The service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly, but I felt the consultation was rushed. They didn't provide much information besides the basic treatment plan. I expected more personal attention and thorough explanations. Nonetheless, the treatment itself was effective, so overall it was an average experience.
