Thinking seriously about changing clinics. Mainly ...

Thinking seriously about changing clinics. Mainly because they never have appointments when my children are sick. They are counted the employees that are cordial. There is no communication between your doctors and every time I go I have to see a different one since your doctor never has space. The referrals are lost. And months to wait for a date from a physicist that I ordered since August and they give it to me until December, to top it off they call me a month later to cancel it and give me another one later. I call the nurse about my children's illness and she never answers the phone. I leave a message to get the call back and they do not do it until the other day if I have luck. I know that one should not occupy the emergency room for any reason but with a service like this when children are sick we have no option to run to the emergency room and when we are there they say fence with their doctor to which he replied "as if they NEVER HAVE AVAILABLE QUOTES " my son is of special needs and the staff is not trained to take care of difficult children even once the doctor told me" ma'am I do not have time for this "or simply I can not ask about another issue that afflicts My son is not the one who mentions the medical assistant previously because he once prescribed that he only had 15 MINUTES for my son and he did not have time for more. And I do not say any more because I never finish. I was only here because the facilities were adequate for my son since the waiting room is closed. And because the attention on the first floor where they give therapies is excellent. But DEFINITIVELY I GO FROM THIS CLINIC.
