We purchased a 9 ft Ron Jon board and the item was flimsy and poorly made. Despite the cost being reasonable, we only had the item for a month and it broke on a very small break. Corporate Ron Jon followed up immediately with a replacement! They insisted it was a defective board. Very pleased after all of this.
