My overall experience with Bright Sites Consulting has been average. While they were able to complete the project within the agreed timeframe, I felt that the level of expertise and attention to detail was lacking. There were a few instances where I had to provide explicit instructions and clarify my requirements multiple times. It would have been better if they had proactively highlighted potential issues or suggested improvements. That being said, they were responsive to my feedback and made the necessary adjustments. In conclusion, an average experience with room for improvement.
