I wish I could give them NO stars....Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I had an issue with one of the drivers being inappropriate and saying inappropriate things to me. I emailed them for a new driver a few times and got no response so I reached out AGAIN by calling and finally got a manager to call me. I told him everything and he wanted me to email him all the information and the text messages. He said that he would follow up with me after he reviewed it. I emailed him everything the very next business day and never heard a thing! I ended up calling the manager and leaving a voicemail for him to call me days later. It's been a long time and no one ever got back to me. They stopped by, unexpectedly (I didn't answer because I had no clue if it was the creepy driver) and left me one of their sticky notes with no name, no number, just a date that they would be out again. I was upset because I was so uncomfortable and didn't want to deal with the creepy driver and I had no clue who was going to show up at my door or when. They didn't even show up on the day the sticky note said they would. Terrible customer service! They suck at scheduling anything and that makes people wait around for them! It's clear they don't care about their customers. I will never order from them again and I'll make sure no one I know will either - Many of my friends and family are already disgusted with them.
