I hate scheduling appointments and going to the do...

I hate scheduling appointments and going to the doctor, and phone anxiety is a real hinderance on these sorts of things. However, I never have these anxieties when dealing with Dr. Roberts's office. I have been coming to their office since I was little, with my family, and in their previous location. Insurance has shifted a few times and I've worried about needing to change dentists, but they always work with us and fit us in. I've brought my husband over from his family dentist who never fully cleaned his tartar buildup (luckily the same doesn't run in my family) and never saw his teeth *so* clean after his first visit with them.
I love their tolerance and kindness when I'm honest and confess to being bad at flossing or doing only floss and not brushing, etc. They're super understanding and don't chastise me like a child whenever I fail to do something good for myself, whoops!
I truly love going to the dentist, and I know that credit goes straight to Dr. Roberts himself. I honestly love it and it's never a charade, and the only thing that sucks about it is when they're sanding down around a cavity and there's that smell, ick! Beyond that, never had any problems with them before and they've always been super forthcoming and straightforward with me and my family. They also all have amazing memory and can pick up conversations from previous visits like no other.
I love you guys, youre the absolute BEST and could never dream of going to another office for my dental needs. Thank you thank you!
