King's Island is always a good time and the food is coming along. It's much better than it used to be! We had a blast this weekend! The park looks inviting (although eating areas need more cleaning, more often), employees are friendly, helpful and polite. It was a hot, busy day but nobody was short or sassy.

A couple things took away a star. It was hot. Really, really hot. There are not enough misting fans in the lines. Even if there were more fans that didn't mist, that would be helpful, especially in lines like Mystic Timber where there is NO air movement. It's too hot in the summer not to have more of these. It's actually irresponsible. Many of the misting fans didn't work. They blew and there was mist but most of them only had one mister of 4 even working. On really hot days, this is vital to people staying upright in line. These should be a priority safety item. It's to important to ignore.

Next, access to the park is awful. Bring back two entrances! It took us almost 40 minutes just to park and that was with almost all the lanes open. Because of the heat, many people were going straight to the water park. Having an entrance down there would be awesome to get people into the park faster, especially if you have to pee!

Last, where had all the seating gone? I know keeping people moving is vital to revenue, but there isn't anywhere to sit in the shade except for a couple eating areas and smoking areas. I was desperate for anywhere to sit but had to settle for squatting on curbs. Ugh! It was too hot and we actually ended up cutting or day short because we'd couldn't rest.
